Greg Kasmer, Managing Member of K4 Real Estate, LLC is a 2001 graduate of Elizabethown College who went on to obtain two masters degree (MBA and MHSA) from The University of Michigan. While living in Chicago after graduate school, Greg began investing in real estate in 2009 by buying condos and single family houses throughout greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana.

In 2013 Greg moved back to his home state of Pennsylvania and started K4 Real
Estate LLC, a company focused on acquiring, renovating, and managing real estate for the long-term to improve properties and their local communities. Greg has completed 18 transactions in the tri-state area and within the past year invested in multi-family buildings in Memphis, TN as well as Denver, CO. Although he enjoys investing out of area, Greg’s passion is acquiring 10-50 unit buildings in excellent communities in local areas of PA, NJ, and DE.

Greg lives in Wynnewood, PA with his wife and three kids. He enjoys playing golf, running, and reading when he is not spending quality time with his family. He is a volunteer basketball and baseball/softball coach for his son’s and daughter’s team. In the future, Greg hopes to develop programs to educate children on financial literacy to enhance the security and financial independence of future generations.

Todd Dexheimber, CEO of Venture D Properties, LLC
is a former high school industrial Tech teacher that
started investing in Real Estate in 2008. Since 2008 he
has purchase and renovated roughly 800 units.
Currently Todd owns approximately $45 million in real
estate comprising of 800 units of mult-family and senior
housing located in 5 states (Minnesota, Wisconsin,
Kentucky, Ohio, and Tennessee). His focus is on
syndicating value-add multi-family in emerging markets.

Todd is the host of the podcast Pillars of Wealth Creation and has been a
podcast guest in Bigger Pockets, Best Real Estate Investing Advice Ever, The
